The next Debate is November 20th. Here's how it will work:

Up to twenty candidates are selected for each debate, which may be spread over two nights if necessary. So far, a maximum of twelve candidates have appeared on stage together. There are polling and donor requirements to be selected.

For the November debate, a candidate will need to hit 3% in at least four national or early-state polls — or else get 5% in two early state polls. The donor threshold has been increased to 165,000 unique donors, with at least 600 each in at least 20 states.

This is a tougher requirement than the October debate, and as of this writing only Biden, Sanders, Warren, Harris, Booker, Buttigieg, Yang, and Steyer have qualified.
